Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator, based in Bengaluru. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, facilitating, and managing training sessions and programs. They will collaborate with trainers and participants to ensure effective educational experiences, manage schedules, and oversee training materials and logistics. Additionally, the role includes evaluating training outcomes and updating programs as necessary to meet organizational and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training Coordination and overall Training & Development methodologies
- Strong Communication skills and ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in Training and Employee Training practices
- Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Passionate about learning and development to support organizational growth
- Relevant professional certifications or experience in a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
