Trainer (Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales training sessions to new hires and existing team members
• Conduct skills gap analysis to identify training needs and performance improvement areas
• Develop and implement training modules, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills
• Use role-plays, case studies, and other tools to enhance engagement and learning
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance metrics
• Monitor sales results to ensure training impact and provide refresher sessions when needed
• Collaborate with sales leaders and HR to align training objectives with business goals
• Maintain updated training records and prepare reports on training outcomes
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to drive continuous improvement
• Stay informed about latest sales trends and incorporate best practices into training programs
