Position Summary
The Trainer - Assessments will develop and deliver training modules/manuals on pedagogy, assessments, and data use in support of a large-scale government education assessment projects.
This role will be based in Assam and the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel to locations when necessary
Minimum Qualification
- Post-graduate degree in Education/Mathematics/Language
Desirable Qualification
- D.El.Ed./B.Ed./M.Ed. is preferable.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience of teaching or training experience or relevant experience in assessment design/content creation.
- Experience in developing and delivering training modules/manuals on pedagogy, assessments, and data use
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to work with SCERT, DIETs, and teachers.
- Experience in Education Assessment project for government entity is preferred.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in multi-stakeholder environments, including with government agencies or education boards.
- Experience in creating reports, presentations, and operational documentation for large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with data collection tools, survey platforms, and analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and online survey platforms.
