Project Role Description: As an Intern in M&A-Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting, you will work closely with the M&A team to support the diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. You will assist in collecting and analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and helping the team with transaction execution and reporting. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, M&A processes, and strategy.
