Role Overview
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to own and drive end-to-end influencer campaigns, manage brand relationships, and lead a high-performing team. This role requires a strong blend of execution, strategy, and stakeholder management to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end—from planning and client discussions to execution and final delivery
- Lead and manage the influencer marketing team, ensuring effective delegation, guidance, and performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for brands, managing relationships across campaigns and retainers
- Drive campaign execution by solving challenges around timelines, creator sourcing, and delivery
- Optimize team bandwidth and allocate resources efficiently to maximize output and quality
- Build and manage a strong network of creators, agencies, and vendors for seamless execution
- Contribute to campaign strategy, creative direction, and trend analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Work across diverse categories including Beauty, Fashion, E-commerce, Wellness, Real Estate, Fitness, and Tech
- Own campaign-level P&L and ensure delivery within budget and expected outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder handling
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, analysis, and planning
