ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes and calling the candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to actively source potential candidates.
- Job Posting on LinkedIn, Social Media Platforms and referral Boards
- Assist in building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-6 months of experience in related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
