Job Summary
The incumbent will support the Human Resources team in executing end-to-end HR activities, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement. The role is designed to provide structured exposure to HR functions, enabling the trainee to contribute to process effectiveness, organizational culture building, and strategic HR initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across functions.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and communication with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and HRMS entries.
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance monitoring, payroll support, and employee query handling.
Training & Development
- Assist in planning monthly training calendars and coordinating training programs.
- Manage training attendance, feedback collection, and reporting dashboards.
- Support in measuring training effectiveness and maintaining T&D MIS.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities at HO and units (as required).
- Deliver internal communication updates, event coordination, and feedback analysis.
- Support in driving initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
Compliance & Administration
- Assist in maintaining statutory and audit-related HR documentation.
- Support vendor coordination and administrative HR requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience may apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
