Tool Design Specialization
- Aerospace Tooling Design, experience with 3-6 years
- Jigs & Fixtures experience (Milling, Turning, Assembly, etc.)
- CAD Tool: CATIA V5 (3D modeling, 2D detailing, Assembly, GSD)
- Experience on Gated review of Tool design (Concept design to Final design and drawings)
- Tool Prove-out (FAI) experience
- GD&T Tolerance Stack-up analysis
- Good with Design for Manufacture principles
- Principles of Jigs & Fixture design (3-2-1, etc.)
- Good in Speaking & Written English language
- Ability to present Design in Presentation format to various stakeholders
- Ability to stretch, if required per the manufacturing schedule, when required. Assess the body language as customers are explicit on this requirement
