Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Work in Collaboration with geographically distributed teams
- Understand business requirements and customers needs to translate them into IT Solutions as per LLP Customer Applications IT product portfolio and architecture
- Support and work closely with the GCO/LLP Division and Development teams in Customer Implementations acting as Technical Lead/IT workstream coordinator
- Overall accountability for the projects where the IT business analyst is in lead: solution High-level design, project delivery within the timelines and cost foreseen, including project documentation, documentation of the solution and handover to the Global IT services support team.
- Drive standards within Customer Solutions in order to improve our quality of IT solutions, time to market while reduce cost of solutions
- Communicate with the business stakeholders in order to proactively develop and drive innovative solutions
- Deliver information and trainings and support presales activities
- Ensure the adherence to Corporate work instructions and standard processes.
- Enable good collaboration and interface with other business and IT departments
- Coaching / training other the team members where necessary
- Identify gaps and submit changer requests documents for system enhancements

- Understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in outsourcing activities such as logistics for the first time or from one logistics partner to the other
- Trends within the logistics industry that could provide competitive advantage
- Innovations within the industry and an understanding of competitions technology and solutions
- Understanding of the challenges faced within an IT organization of a large global organization
- Demonstrated competency in process & system design & delivery, requirements assessment, process improvement, project management and business logic
- Sound understanding of 3PL/4PL/LLP business processes and interdependencies
Technical Requirements:
- Excellent conceptual and functional understanding of the key IT applications used in the supply chain (e.g. TMS, OMS, Visibility and EDI integration, WMS)
- Excellent knowledge and Experience in JDA/Blue Yonder TMS implementations
- Excellent knowledge in EDI standards and any other means or integration and systems operability
- Experience with Business Intelligence Tools, Reporting and Test Management platforms is desired
- Demonstrate Microsoft office package skills and collaboration platforms

Education and Work Experience
General degree with emphasis in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent of +10 years relevant working experience. Senior profile, periods below can be concurrent:
- 5 – 10 years IT experience in the logistics industry and supply chain management
- 5 – 10 years IT experience of complex solutions (e.g. SCM, ERP)
- 5 – 10 years customer facing experience
- 5 – 10 years IT project management to ensure practical understanding of approach, issues, and risks
Language Skill
- Fluent English knowledge in word and writing
- Other languages would be an asset
