Corporate Travel
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day corporate travel operations, including flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
- Manage corporate travel requests through the Corporate Booking Tool (CBT)
- Provide accurate fare quotations, routing options, and ticket issuance for corporate clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Ensure proper documentation, invoicing coordination, and timely reporting of bookings.
- Assist in resolving schedule changes, airline irregularities, and urgent travel requirements.
- Maintain strong communication with corporate clients to provide prompt and professional service.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports and data tracking using Excel.
- Follow company processes and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and airline regulations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate ticketing operations.
- IATA Graduate preferred.
- Strong knowledge of at least two CRS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
- Experience using Corporate Booking Tools (CBT/SBT).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate travel environment and handle multiple requests efficiently
- Open to work in Rotational work shift (09AM – 09PM)
