As a Testing Analyst within Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) in Securities Services, you will lead functional and regression testing across crossbusiness, crossfunctional programs to drive highquality delivery and risk reduction. You will design, automate, and execute BDDaligned endtoend scenarios, provide accurate effort estimates, and partner with Operations, Product, and Technology to align testing with outcomes and timelines. You will leverage Agile practices, systemic datadriven reporting, and rigorous defect management to accelerate delivery, enable reliable internal signoffs, and support the strategic rollout of automated testing solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Estimate testing effort accurately and communicate progress in daily Scrum ceremonies.
- Document and execute BDD test scenarios and reusable scripts with full traceability.
- Utilize test automation tools to enable efficient E2E execution and broad regression coverage.
- Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology to align scope, data, environments, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify and standardize process improvements validate and implement enhancements across projects.
- Monitor, triage, and report defects through closure, coordinating retesting and rootcause followups.
- Validate and present test results with datadriven reporting to achieve internal signoffs.
- Coordinate testing across other LOBs to support transformational programs.
- Adhere to CPCS standards and quality gates to ensure consistent, controlled execution.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Financial services functional and regression testing experience across crossproduct initiatives, with strong attention to detail and quality rigor.
- Proficiency with Agile delivery, BDD scenario design, and handson test automation for efficient endtoend execution.
- Strength in defect lifecycle management and systemic, datadriven reporting for program status, risks, and signoffs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Operations, Product, Technology, senior leaders, and clients proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Working knowledge of capital markets and Securities Services domains (e.g., custody, fund accounting, middle office, collateral, liquidity).
- Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, and Xceptor for insights and test reporting.
- Project or Agile methodology certification and experience supporting enterprise change and evolving environments.
- Team coordination across global programs and time zones, comfort escalating issues to senior stakeholders, and understanding of risk/controls and auditready documentation.
