Test Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the overall testing strategy, test planning, and quality assurance activities for software projects. The person will design test frameworks, manage test execution, and ensure high-quality delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the test strategy, test approach, and overall test plan.
• Lead and manage the testing team, including coaching and mentoring testers.
• Design and improve test automation frameworks and testing standards.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Track defects, manage risks, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Work closely with business, development, and project teams to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in software testing and test management.
• Good knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading large or complex projects.
• Experience with automation tools, CI/CD, and test reporting tools.
• Background in quality assurance best practices and process improvement.
