Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated AI & Machine Learning Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models that solve real‑world business problems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in machine learning, a strong foundation in AI concepts, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Develop and optimize algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and prediction
- Implement deep learning models where applicable
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and model explainability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI fundamentals
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn
- Knowledge of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems
Preferred / Good‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
- Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
- Experience in model deployment using REST APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, CI/CD, monitoring pipelines)
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
