Program Coordinators are responsible for providing scoping documents and estimates, managing cycle setup and tester invitations, and monitoring testing activity and consumption to keep projects on track. Serving as the primary point of contact within the Operations Team, the Program Coordinator will deliver project updates, ensure tester clarity, and escalate concerns to Accessibility Operations leadership as needed.

Responsibilities:
[Communication & Coordination]:
- Communicate between testers, Accessibility SMEs and Ops Management
- Communicate entitlement usage or overage concerns to Ops Management
- Attend daily stand-ups for projects
- Assist with resource identification and assignment
- Communicates auditor / expert feedback to leadership
- Escalate issues within the cycle as needed
- Channel Management (Slack) - manage project channels creation and membership

Data & Reporting]:
- Checking the progress of the cycle and provide progress updates
- Checking hours consumed during the audits / cycles (entitlement usage)
- Update data points for project tracking and reporting (Monday.com)
- Providing bug reporting and exporting bugs
- Drives report formats and automation needs for audit report delivery
- In-sprint and Bug Fix Verification report creation

Scoping & Estimates]
- Own the scoping to define the final in-scope areas for an audit
- Provide the scoping estimate for auditor and expert hours
- Checks for blockers to the scope prior to audits
[Test Cycle & Project Execution:]
- Intake analysis
- Set up cycles, Activate/lock cycles and Close Cycles
- Verify entitlements available on a Purchase Order
- Set up all expectations for the cycle
- Assign and invite testers to the cycles
- Create, set-up, update, and archive projects needed for test cycle creation
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Project Coordination / Management;
- Extensive experience with excel manipulating lots of data is a plus
- Experience using Data Analytics to make business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Self-starter, self-motivated, rolling up your sleeves with a focus on getting things done
- Effectively multi task and manage concurrent activities
- Attention to detail
- Team mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective and creative problem-solving, risk management and escalation skills.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Experience in Digital Accessibility not required but a plus!
- Strong understanding of software Development and QA testing processes
