About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Test Automation Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Micro Focus UFT and VB Scripting, capable of driving automation strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement across complex multi-platform systems.
Key Responsibilities
o Lead automation strategy discussions and define Risk-Based Automation approaches.
o Develop automation plans, estimates, budgets, and critical path analysis.
o Design and execute Automation Test Plans, Regression Packs, E2E Suites, and Non-Functional Regression cases.
o Drive automation for performance test scenarios where applicable.
o Present POCs, convert business cases into automation demand, and deliver sprint demos.
o Prepare weekly automation status, progress reports, and defect summaries.
o Provide hands-on leadership and mentor team members.
Required Skills
o Strong hands-on experience in UFT & VB Scripting (must-have).
o Solid understanding of mainframe, distributed systems, and packaged applications.
o Experience in automating regression, E2E, and non-functional test suites.
o Excellent communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management.
o Exposure to building CICD pipelines.
o Proficient in Agile Scrum.
o Exposure to Capital Markets is a plus.
