Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Building Automation Test Engineer with experience in HVAC systems and building automation. The candidate will be responsible for data mapping, system validation, and implementing standardized tagging frameworks for smart building solutions using AI-driven platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform data mapping for new buildings based on BrainBox AI naming conventions and Haystack tagging standards.
- Utilize Autobot AI tools to execute and streamline data mapping processes.
- Deploy and implement Haystack and Brick architecture for structured data tagging.
- Automate and standardize data mapping procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Validate and test building automation systems and HVAC control logic.
- Ensure proper integration and functionality of building systems and data models.
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) and HVAC control system design.
- Good understanding of HVAC control theory and concepts.
- Knowledge of automation systems, electrical systems, and building operations.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping and tagging frameworks (Haystack, Brick).
- Proficiency in Python or MATLAB programming.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
