Aveva Engineering Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Act as single point of ownership for AVEVA Engineering projects and environments
• Manage end-to-end AVEVA Engineering platform operations ensuring stability, performance, and availability
• Set up and maintain project environments including databases (MDBs), users, roles, and access controls
• Administer AVEVA Global configuration and ensure standardization across projects
• Maintain and govern conceptual models, templates, DBViews, revisions, and PBS explorer setup
• Perform system health checks, backups, restorations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Resolve application issues related to performance, access, database integrity, and multi-user conflicts
• Configure and manage SQL-based systems including TMR setup and database management
• Support multi-discipline engineering teams (Piping, Structural, Electrical, HVAC, Instrumentation, Telecom)
• Manage model handover, archiving, and project close-out activities
• Ensure compliance with Ramboll standards, governance frameworks, and client requirements
