Quality Automation Specialist

• Associate-level role focused on supporting automated testing and ensuring defect-free deployment of customer value
• Plays a key role in embedding quality practices across Agile delivery teams and CI/CD pipelines
• Provides exposure to cross-domain, platform, and feature teams while contributing to the transformation of testing practices

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of automation test strategies aligned with business or programme goals
• Develop predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative testing tools
• Refine the scope of manual and automated testing activities and create automated test scripts, documentation, and artefacts
• Design and maintain low-maintenance, reusable automated test suites for end-to-end coverage across products and systems
• Apply testing and delivery standards while adhering to regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and time-to-market while maintaining quality
• Work collaboratively with feature teams and stakeholders to integrate quality into the development lifecycle

Required Experience

• Minimum of five years of experience in automation testing within Agile or CI/CD environments
• Strong experience with end-to-end and automated testing using enterprise-approved tools
• Expertise in BDD frameworks such as Cucumber with proficiency in Python for automation scripting
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks for API and data validation testing
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality across complex systems
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to align daily work with strategic goals
