Test Automation Lead

We are seeking an experiencedTest Automation Leadto design, develop, and manage robust test automation solutions across web, mobile, and API platforms. The role requires strong hands-on expertise along with leadership capability to guide and mentor an automation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-endtest automation strategy, design, and execution
• Design, develop, and maintainscalable automation frameworksusing Selenium, Java, and Appium
• Perform and overseecode reviewsto ensure quality, reusability, and adherence to best practices
• Implement and maintainAPI test automationfor backend services
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Manage, mentor, and upskill thetest automation team
• Estimate automation efforts, plan sprints, and track delivery milestones
• Identify automation gaps and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience withSelenium WebDriver (Java)
• Solid experience inAppiumfor mobile automation (Android/iOS)
• Expertise inAPI automation(REST-based services)
• Proven experience inautomation framework creation and maintenance
• Strong understanding ofobject-oriented programming in Java
• Experience withcode reviews and automation best practices
• Ability to lead and manage anautomation testing team

Good to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber/TestNG/JUnit)
• Exposure to performance or security testing
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
