8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of experience in leading a QA team.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional and non-functional testing.
Experience with automation testing tools, such as Selenium-Java, Playwright.
Strong programming skills in Java.
Experience with API testing and automation.
Understanding of pipeline creation and configuration.
Experience with load testing, performance testing, and compatibility testing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to plan and prioritize testing activities for self and team.
Understand application requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test data to validate software applications.
Good knowledge on test data management
Lead a team of 5-10 QA engineers and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
Plan and prioritize testing activities for self and team.
Ensure that testing activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing is aligned with business objectives.
