Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test suites to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using various automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging automation scripts to maintain test accuracy and effectiveness.
