Job Title: QE Architect – AI & Agentic AI

Location: Bangalore (Onsite - 5 days WFO)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled QE Architect with deep expertise in AI-driven Quality Engineering and Agentic AI frameworks. This role will lead the transformation of traditional QA practices into intelligent, autonomous, and self-healing quality ecosystems using modern AI/ML and agent-based architectures.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing next-generation quality engineering strategies leveraging Generative AI, autonomous agents, and predictive analytics to improve product quality, test efficiency, and release velocity.

Job Description

• :Lead end-to-end software testing architecture for web and mobile applications
• .Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Pytest and Appium
• .10–15 years in test automation, with 8+ years as Test Architect or similar role
• .Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Pytest, and Appium (iOS & Android)
• .Proficiency in Java or Python for automation and AI-driven solutions
• .Experience with Agentic AI development and autonomous testing workflows
• .Proven ability to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• .Familiarity with API testing (requests, Postman, RestAssured) and service virtualization
• .Knowledge of test data management, mocking, and performance testing
• .Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
