We are hiring a Territory Service Manager (Individual Contributor) responsible for managing complete service operations, customer support, and service revenue within theWestern Region.
This is a hands-on techno-commercial role with direct responsibility for installations, troubleshooting, AMCs, and customer relationship management.
Location: Ahmedabad / Pune / Mumbai
Industry: Material Testing Equipment / Calibration / Lab Testing Instruments
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Key Responsibilities
1 Service Technical Support
Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of material testing equipment.
Attend breakdown calls and perform root cause analysis.
Execute preventive maintenance and calibration support.
Troubleshoot electrical mechanical faults independently.
Ensure adherence to service SLAs.
2 Territory Ownership
Manage entire assigned region independently.
Plan travel schedule and customer visits efficiently.
Maintain service reports and documentation.
3 Service Revenue Generation
Drive AMC / CMC conversions.
Generate revenue through spares, upgrades, and retrofit solutions.
Identify cross-sell / up-sell opportunities.
4 Customer Relationship Management
Build strong long-term relationships with industrial clients.
Handle escalations independently.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
