Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and driving sales strategies to maximize growth within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, training sales teams, achieving sales targets, creating sales reports, and identifying new business opportunities. Collaboration across teams and maintaining customer satisfaction are essential to the role.

- Effective communication and customer service skills for engaging with clients and building relationships

- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and travel within the assigned territory
- Prior experience in FMCG or the hygiene products industry is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
