Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Territory Sales Manager. The role involves managing sales operations within a designated territory, achieving sales targets, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee dealer networks, ensure exceptional customer service, conduct sales training for dealer teams, and analyze market data to devise and implement targeted sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and driving growth in competitive markets.
  • Customer Service and client relationship management expertise to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to conduct training and mentor sales teams to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Self-motivated with excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in working with data, preparing reports, and making data-driven strategic recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in the automotive or related industries is an advantage, but not mandatory.
