Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Mumbai for a Business Developer Executive specializing in dermatology. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include promoting Perdura's skincare products to dermatologists and specialists, analyzing market trends, and providing valuable customer feedback to improve products and services. Effective communication and a client-focused approach are essential in this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, skincare, or dermatology sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with healthcare professionals
  • Knowledge of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet targets within deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Relevant certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant computer and CRM software
