Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Chennai. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, analyzing market trends, and devising strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also involves providing customer service, training clients and team members when required, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization by effectively overseeing territory-specific operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue
  • Customer service skills to maintain and enhance relationships with clients
  • Experience in conducting training sessions for clients or team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategic plans
  • Experience in the aquaculture or feed industry is a strong advantage
