Location - Bangalore & Mumbai

CTC - Upto 7LPA Fixed + 72k Travel Allowance + 1LPA Variable

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (SAAS Sales) role based in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will drive end-to-end sales for NoBrokerHood and other SaaS offerings, including lead generation, prospecting, product demos, solution presentations, and deal closures. The role involves building and managing a strong sales pipeline, engaging with key decision-makers in residential societies, enterprises, and channel partners, and negotiating commercial terms to achieve revenue targets. The individual will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine value propositions, gather feedback, and support smooth onboarding and account growth. Regular responsibilities include market mapping, competition analysis, sales reporting, and participation in on-ground events or meetings to expand market presence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-5 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets via field sales.
  • Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, knowing regional languages is a plus.
  • Should have interest in Business development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application products/solutions.
  • Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasising product features andbenefits with focus on the value of the solution.
  • Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand scope of business and their expectations.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
  • On-boarding new apartments on NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA for a BD.
  • Researching potential leads from open market, web searches, or digital resources.
