Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager - ERP Upsell for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves strategically identifying and pursuing upselling opportunities, managing end-to-end sales processes, and fostering relationships with existing clients to promote additional ERP solutions. The Territory Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, deliver customer-centric presentations, conduct training sessions, and provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. A critical part of the role is achieving sales targets, managing customer escalations effectively, and representing the NoBrokerHood brand with professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and retaining client relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
  • Experience in providing client Training and adopting consultative approaches to meet customer requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster trust and close deals
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify upselling opportunities and implement sales plans
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in ERP sales or SaaS solutions, especially in community management or real estate, is an added advantage
