· Job Overview: -
o ABHIMANYA DOORS is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and fostering strong relationships with potential clients. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
· Qualifications and Skills: -
o Willingness to travel and possess a valid bike license
o Fresher or experienced with less than 1 year of experience in business development or sales roles
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
o Proactive and results-driven mindset
o Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Native Language.
· Roles and Responsibilities: -
o Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
o Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting the company's products and services to potential clients
o Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and market threats
o Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
