Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Kozhikode. The successful candidate will oversee sales strategies, build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide training on products and services, and manage the performance of sales pipelines within the region. They will also focus on expanding customer bases, achieving sales targets, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to provide Training to and customers on products and services and guide them towards desired outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and a strategic mindset to grow business opportunities.
  • Prior experience in Dental sales
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
