Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role based in Patan. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing retail partners, promoting Instant Mudra's digital financial products, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include visiting and onboarding retailers, conducting product demonstrations, tracking sales performance, and implementing local sales strategies. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, addressing their operational and service issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. The Territory Sales Manager will also provide basic training and support to retailer staff on product usage, coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution, and prepare regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with retailers, explain product features clearly, and resolve queries professionally.
  • Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in fintech, financial services, or related fields.
  • Sales Management capabilities, including territory planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in Training retail partners or field teams on digital platforms, product usage, and best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships and work effectively in a field-based, on-site environment.
  • Comfort with digital tools, mobile apps, and basic CRM or reporting systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local market in and around Patan and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
