Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships within the assigned territory. The individual will oversee the sales pipeline, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with teams on delivering training programs to clients. The role involves meeting revenue goals, addressing customer queries, and expanding NoBrokerHood's reach in the market.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and address their concerns efficiently
  • Travel in field
  • Proven Sales abilities and Sales Management skills, including meeting and exceeding targets, with strategic thinking for business growth
  • Experience in leading Training programs to educate clients and teams about services and solutions
  • Organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic IT/software knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on results
  • Prior experience in tech-based solutions, community management, or real estate is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
