Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and expanding the company's footprint in the assigned region. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying and generating sales opportunities, providing training to clients or partners, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to meet and exceed sales targets. The individual will be required to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure growth and market presence.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and attain targets.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for territory development.
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience in a transportation, logistics, or technology-driven company is advantageous.
