Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Micro Nutrients & Bio Fertilizers
Job Description:
As a Territory Sales Manager for Micro Nutrients and Bio Fertilizers, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain relationships with agricultural distributors, retailers, and farmers to promote our advanced range of micro nutrients and bio fertilizers. You will conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and establish effective sales strategies. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will ensure the successful implementation of promotional campaigns and product launches. You will also provide training and support to clients on product use and benefits, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for micro nutrients and bio fertilizers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the agricultural sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and assess customer needs to enhance market presence.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on product applications and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and product launches.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on market trends and customer feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products, specifically micro nutrients and bio fertilizers.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the agricultural sales industry is an advantage.
