Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Durgapur. The role involves managing sales operations within the assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with customers and distributors, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and guiding the sales team to optimize performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, and implementing strategies to expand market reach.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and grow the business
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve their performance and skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the consumer products or electrical industry
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and reporting systems
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
