Our client is a Gujarat-based engineering company collaborating with a German partner to deliver high-quality transmission solutions. They specialize in the precision manufacturing of industrial and special-purpose gearboxes.

 

Job Position: Area Sales Manager Territory: West zone - India.

Job Location: AHMEDABAD (PRAHLADNAGAR)

Job Timing: 9am – 6pm, Monday - Saturday

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office/ remote)

Joining Type: Immediate

Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with a background in Mechanical Engineering to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, email, social media, events, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close deals
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
  • Update CRM with sales activities and track key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client service delivery
  • Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and client requirements
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
