As a Territory Sales Manager, you are a driven sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering results. In this role, you will be the face of Goodyear in your territory, driving growth in the Consumer Replacement Business. You will own your market, identify opportunities, and ensure Goodyear remains the brand of choice for dealers and consumers alike.
Responsibilities
- You will take full ownership of sales targets and drive market share growth in your assigned territory.
- You will build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
- You will drive demand generation through impactful dealer engagement, promotional activities, and consumer-focused initiatives.
- You will monitor competitor activities and market trends, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- You will ensure effective execution of Goodyear's sales programs, pricing structures, and distribution policies.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to provide a seamless customer experience.
- You will track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and report progress with clear, actionable recommendations.
Experience
- You bring 3+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, automotive, or consumer durables, preferably with exposure to the tire industry.
- You bring a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- You bring an excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- You bring the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make sound business decisions.
- You bring a willingness to travel extensively within your territory.
