Job Description – Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, contractors, builders, and developers.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and luxury projects in the region.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable decorative and architectural lighting solutions.
- Coordinate with internal design and technical teams for presentations, specifications, BOQs, and project discussions.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, design meetings, and client interactions regularly.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, closures, and collections.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving design preferences within the industry.
- Ensure excellent client servicing and long-term relationship management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining healthy business margins.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of project sales and relationship management.
- Good aesthetic sense and interest in design-oriented products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with architects, designers, consultants, and premium clientele.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling the territory independently.
- Strong market knowledge of Mumbai and surrounding regions preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in project sales and business development.
- Experience in decorative lighting, interiors, furniture, hospitality products, or luxury project sales will be preferred.
