Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Delhi, India, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer databases, conducting sales presentations, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill customer needs and optimize satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proven ability in market analysis, lead generation, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales software, and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in medical devices or healthcare sales will be an advantage
