Role Description

NoBrokerHood is seeking a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager based in Noida. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing and motivating a sales team, understanding customer requirements, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training to team members. This role involves traveling within the region as needed to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to achieve goals, develop strategies, and lead a sales team effectively.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to improve performance, productivity, and product knowledge.
  • Result-oriented approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven mindset is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the real estate or community management sector is a plus.
