About the Job Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Territory Manager who will take full ownership of revenue growth within the assigned geography. This role requires a proactive, strategic sales professional with a strong track record in B2B technology solution selling. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding key accounts, and building a predictable, scalable pipeline aligned with aggressive growth objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets for the territory
- Develop and execute a focused go-to-market strategy
- Identify, engage, and close new mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting to deal closure
- Build and nurture CXO-level and senior stakeholder relationships
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across technology solutions (AI, Product Engineering, Cloud, UI/UX, SRE).
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required Qualifications:
