Role Description

The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing and expanding business operations within the assigned territory, fostering strong relationships with key partners, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. The Territory Manager will also strategize to maximize market share, develop business opportunities, analyze performance metrics, and mentor team members to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Proven experience in Team Leadership, Staff Training, and Performance Monitoring
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Revenue Optimization
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the consumer or internet industry
  • Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and regional dynamics is a plus
