Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Sales position based in Mumbai. The role entails managing sales presentations, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth client interactions. Key responsibilities include negotiating deals, identifying potential clients, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets while adhering to company standards and practices.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions
  • Experience in New Business Development and a thorough understanding of the sales process
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals in a competitive market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or consultancy is advantageous
  • Team player with strong organizational and time-management skills
