Job Purpose
The
Territory Manager – 2-Wheeler Loans is responsible for sourcing and managing loan business through dealers, and existing channel partners. The role focuses on building a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role holder is expected to lead a team, maintain strong market relationships, and drive business growth in a sales-supportive yet risk-conscious manner, contributing to the broader objectives of the bank's retail lending business.
Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and manage business through dealers, and other market channels.
- Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes.
- Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
- Monitor and guide channel partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on retail asset products, operational processes, and market trends.
- Identify evolving market dynamics and develop strategies for channel development and customer acquisition.
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Secondary Responsibilities
- Recommend improvements to sales processes and credit policies to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- To improve the sourcing from the strategic alliances and direct channels.
Education Qualification
Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience.
