Job Title: Head - Sales (Luxury Real Estate)

Location: Raipur
Company: Della Townships
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Sales to lead and drive sales strategy for luxury real estate projects at Della Townships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium property sales, team leadership, and client relationship management within the luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for luxury township projects
. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity
. Drive high-value client acquisitions, including HNI and UHNI clients
. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders
. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
. Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation initiatives
. Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales engagement
. Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analytics to senior management


Job Expectations:

Key Requirements:
. 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on luxury or premium projects
. Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets
. Strong leadership and team management skills
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
. Experience working with HNI/UHNI clientele
. In-depth knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market is preferred
. MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant qualification preferred
