Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in Greater Noida. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, which includes preparing bid documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting negotiations with vendors and clients. The role involves analyzing tender requirements, ensuring compliance, preparing competitive proposals, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management and a deep understanding of the bidding process
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate tender requirements and prepare competitive proposals
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, teams, and clients
• Expertise in Proposal Writing and document preparation
• Knowledge in Procurement and vendor negotiation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the technology, industrial, or drone sector is a plus
