Role Description
This full-time, on-site Tendering Specialist role is based in New Delhi. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, analyzing tender requirements, drafting proposals, and ensuring procurement compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary documents, researching procurement opportunities, and ensuring that tender submissions are accurate and timely. The role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure a high standard of communication and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and expertise in Tender Management and understanding of end-to-end tendering processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating tender specifications, market trends, and bidding competitiveness
- Effective written and verbal Communication skills and proficiency in Proposal Writing
- Knowledge of Procurement processes and practices
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the ICT or EV Mobility sectors is an added advantage
