This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will handle end-to-end tender management processes, prepare detailed proposals, and ensure compliance with procurement requirements. Key responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, preparing bids, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary data, and liaising with stakeholders to submit competitive proposals. The role also involves maintaining updated records and monitoring procurement and tendering trends in the industry.

• Experience in Tender Management, Procurement, and Proposal Writing
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating tender requirements and market trends
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and proficiency in documentation
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with drone services or experience in the UAV industry is a plus
