Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Tendering Executive with hands-on experience in building construction projects (residential/commercial). The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities, ensuring accurate cost estimation, and submitting competitive bids aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify relevant tenders related to building construction projects
- Prepare and submit technical & financial bids with accuracy
- Analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work
- Perform detailed cost estimation and rate analysis for building works
- Coordinate with site, procurement, and design teams for inputs
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
- Maintain tender documentation, records, and tracking reports
- Monitor tender outcomes and conduct competitor analysis
- Communicate with clients/consultants for clarifications
Requirements & Skills:- Proven experience in building construction tendering (residential/commercial)
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and estimation
- Familiarity with materials, labor, and construction methodologies
- Experience with government & private tender portals (GeM, e-procurement, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), and estimation tools
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
Education:- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
